    Great! Perfect weight distribution. Perfect for walks. Fit is great, has lots of room to adjust the front strap. I am 5'7" xl. May not be good for a petite person

    This really works. I wear the 12 lb. version while I jog and I can feel my core muscles and hamstrings getting stronger. When I have it on I barely feel it since it tightens nicely. It does have a slight odor when first out of the package but I believe this will fade. Definitely recommend!

    I bought the vest in pink and just love it. It is so pretty and girly looking, which is just what I wanted. It has reflectors to help with safety. It has one closure that is adjustable across the chest when I’m not using mine. I just lay it flat to dry out overall very happy with the quality. I bought the 8 pound vest to use to supplement my walks. I think a little too heavy though if you’re thinking of using it for running, may not be that comfortable in my opinion.
