Great if you don’t need D3
The vitamins are great and if you do not need Vitamin D3 they are perfect. If you need D3, then you might need a vitamin with D3. This works great for me

Note, no added Vitamin D like most calcium supplements. A lot of tablets were broken in half – but still useable . Was the best price/value .

No Vitamin D!
It is quite hard finding calcium tablets with no Vitamin D which are the ones I needed. These are a little large but well coated so easy to swallow.

Great 1200 mg
But I don’t think 1 twice daily covers the elemental calcium which is what the body really absorbs like a B12 2000 mcg body absorbtion 20 mcg or something anyway great for the Valiue combined with vitamin D 🗽
