Decent for inflammation
I took this everyday for a month and then one day I forgot and I was in souch pain I didn’t realize how well this stuff was working until I didn’t take it! It did absolutely nothing for weight loss but it does help with inflammation!!

Since I have been taking regularly my cholesterol has gone done, as my appetite has also. Unsure which is the reason, but this product does seem to make me less hungry when taken in the morning. Am able to omit my garlic as this has that added benefit for B/P. So far so good with my expectations. I love being able to take my ACV with my turmeric!!

Idk to be honest
Supplements are hard to review because some people excpect a miracle and thats not going to happend if there was it would be to exspensive . But if you need to supplement your intake of certian things than yes they are good. Dosent leave a smell in mouth or upset stomach.
