I don’t mind some vinegar flavor. This one is closer to a candy flavor, and they are VERY firm. A gummier texture does not stick in your teeth as much and is easier to chew. I purchased these because they had the best price/unit. Ya get what you pay for…

I like these better than the leading brand, at least so far. These were soft and fresh. Too many times I’ve bought these gummies and they have been old and tough to chew. And the price! they are not so costly.

Changing my initial review
I am going to change my initial rating of 5 stars which may have been premature. These Keto gummies taste good, However after using the whole jar, I have not see that these have helped with bloating, weight loss or even appetite surpressor. You could by some gummies at your local store and get far more for less money.

Be Careful
Perhaps it doesn’t matter to you but it does to me. I have been taking Goli Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies for years. If you do as well be careful when reordering….. It is all my fault that when I hurriedly reordered mine, I ordered “Protkfu’s Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies”. As you can see they’ve marketed their product to look exactly like Goli’s. Goli’s product is made in a United States FDA regulated factory. Can you guess where the Protkfu’s gummies are made? I think most people can guess the right answer…. China! Who knows what regulators allow in China?
