Post 4 months update: I don’t ever want to stop taking these pills, EVER. My acne has gone down so much!!! I barely have any. My skin has never been this clear in my life since I was a young kid and I don’t even have much of a skin care routine cause I’m always on the go, so I know it’s not that. My period has regulated even more. I’ve had it for almost a year and I started seeing GOOD GOOD results like 3-4 months in. It’s worth it y’all!I decided to take these 5 months after I stopped taking my birth control pills of 10 years. My hormones were so out of wack, all over the place when I stopped taking BC. I suffer from hormonal acne. BC pills had suppressed the acne and it all came back within those 5 months.These balance pills have truly done wonders. My hormonal acne was horrible and my skin even felt so rough prior to these! I can definitely tell the difference in my skin compared to when I wasn’t taking them. I still have acne, more like blackheads but I can deal with those. My skin complexion is flawless compared to before these balance pills!In regards to my period: right before these balance pills, I didn’t have a period for 75 days after 3 months of stopping BC. I was irregular before I started taking BC to begin with. These balance pills have regulated my period to around 45 days each month! & although I don’t like having my period regularly (cramps are worse after getting off BC, by the way) it gives me an idea of when I am ovulating.I don’t think my cramps have gotten better with these pills, but I don’t believe they claim to ease cramp pain. Although, I’ve seen some reviews saying it has helped with cramp pain. I know my period and cramps are painful and I don’t associate the pain with these pills.Overall, I love these and although they’re a bit pricey to be buying them every month, they ARE worth it!!!

Another update: DO NOT TRY THE DRINK POWDER! So gross. They were out of capsules so I was desperate and the drink powder doesn’t dissolve and little bits stay on the back of your tongue all day. Suuuuper disappointing cause I love Alani’s protein & energy drinks. *I shudder at the memory of trying this*Capsules Update after 5 months: 😭 im so incredibly thankful for these! I now have on subscribe and save & i barely break out now before my period! No more hormonal acne (still a few zits if i don’t wash my face, drink enough water, eat greasy food 🤣). I’ve been going as close to makeup free as possible (even on a zoom call) and my skin is glowing! People actually tell me my skin is glowing & I tell them it’s these vitamins! I take care of my skin but I couldn’t get on top of the acne just topically…. I know it’s fairly expensive for vitamins, but if you’ve ever cleaned out your skincare shelves of things that didn’t work & add those up?! It’s dirt cheap considering what I’ve spent on topicals….Original review in May: So far it’s been only 3 days & my face is NOTICEABLY clearer. I’ve been struggling with acne (im 39) and nothing seemed to work topically. Until my sister told me she was using these for her hormonal breakouts. It’s magic. I’ve previously purchased this from the Alani Nu website. I compared it to the bottle I purchased from Amazon.Though the picture advertised shows that there is 2g of Myo-Inositol there is actually 650mg. We’re missing a lot of a key ingredient.But it’s still cheaper than the alani website.
