It works
I don’t mind the taste. It’s more of a non-taste to me. Rather flavorless, which is fine. With or without the fiber, it keeps me full. I decided I was having blood sugar issues and quit cold turkey. I don’t do artificial sweeteners, either. They give me headaches. I was busy prepping and having garage sales and lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks! I wanted to keep the weight loss going, so I got Almased. To be honest, I haven’t used it per instructions. I will skip days, sometimes, and rarely use it for more than one meal a day. I have used it plain and have sometimes added some ground psyllium fiber. That said, I did use it for all 3 meals the first day or two, but also had some fruit, like an orange or something for snacks. Then, I went on vacation for a week. A week of eating out. EEK! I stayed away from added sugar and things like soda and sweets, because I really was feeling better without them. I used the shake a few mornings or had hotel bacon and eggs or whatever protein and fruit they had. I ate sensibly most of the other meals, if you can call burgers, fries, Chinese, subs and a couple beers sensible. I came home half a pound lighter than when I left! It wasn’t an active vacation, either. All said, in about 5 1/2 weeks, I’m down another 7 pounds – 14 pounds, total, in 8 1/2 weeks!. I know the Almased is responsible for part of it, and staying away from sugar is another large part. I eat healthy most of the time – a lot of fruits and veggies. I really like the convenience of the shake. I’m not a big breakfast eater and feel that the shake is better than skipping. Next week is another vacation and I will definitely be taking the Almased with me! Wish me luck!

Taste is awful
It might be me, but this tastes awful. It might work if I could get it down but I can’t.Revision- I tried it again with water instead of milk. It was so much better. I put it in the blender with ice and 2 scoops of instant coffee and water. Now we’ll see if it helps with weight loss🥰

The taste is terrible
Total waste of money. I vomited after the second drink. I now have an unopened can and a can with 9/10 remaining. I waited to start it and could not return it. I wasted my money.

This works
2 days on the liquid, only diet. My energy levels have shot up drastically and I don’t feel hungry,This product works. Others have said and they’re absolutely correct. This product is the worst Tasting, reminds me of baby formula, But for now the results seem to be worth it. Be prepared if you Drink as recommended for me two cans lasted Five days, 2 Drinks a day. Still not bad considering I did not buy or eat any food other than the Almased. If you have the will power I highly recommend this diet.
