Regulate blood sugar by taking these before a meal
I take these before a big meal (heavy carbs). I used to just drink apple cider vinegar to regulate blood sugar but these are much easier to get down.

The other active ingredients- B-12, Pomegranate and Beet Juice- are a nice plus for me even though I already regularly take a B-12 supplement. I’ve been taking these supplements for about a month now, to give an accurate review. In that time, I have noticed a slight decrease in my munchies, but I cannot say for sure these had any significant impact on my metabolism or energy level (from the B-12). Functionally, if these contain all the specified ingredients- ACV, B-12, Pomegranate, Beet Juice, and Folate- then they are definitely helpful for a woman’s overall health.These particular gummies taste good, aren’t overly sweet, and also aren’t sticky. The texture of these gummies is a bit firmer and drier than many gummies, so they are more like a soft chew than a gummie. Because of their drier texture, they don’t stick together or melt. The quality of these gummies seems to be on par with other quality gummies. However, given the current price point (~$25), these gummies are SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than similar products, which is why I removed a star.Pros:- Taste good and firm texture- Has helped decrease my munchies.Cons:- Has not had a noticeable impact on my energy level or weight.

HIGH QUALITY Product Apple Cider Vinegar Excellent Taste Little Pricey Worth The Cost DOESN’T MELT
Was very happy to get the opportunity to review this. I have been taking a well known brand (begins with GOL) for several years for digestive support and to curb hunger with great results. Problem is I’m on the automatic program and sometimes unfortunately they supply is either interrupted or during Summer months the gummies arrived melted. This year I think because the “G brand” had these problems they stopped the automatic program altogether. So the ELICORE brand may prove to be my new Brand. Maybe.So let me giv3e you a few comparisons per serving.GOL Brand: Cost Per if I purchase 60 count .21 or .42 per day / ELICORE .41 or .82 per day (ouch)GOL Brand Calories 25 per serving / ELICOREGOL total Sugars 4 grams /ELICORE 4 gramsGOL Vitamin b12 2.4 mcg / ELICORE 2 mcgELICORE contains Folate 408 mcg (240 mcg folic acid) and GOL contains 15mg Sodium <--- I don't like the sodium content and I don't need folate.The price of the ELICORE concerns me a bit given that the ingredients compare across the board. The product however in the MIDDLE OF SUMMER and was NOT MELTED which was a HUGE POSITIVE!!! This product also offers the following positive attributes to consider: NonGMO, Gluten Free, Vegan and free of the Top 9 Allergens . The taste was good, mild cherry like and the gummies themselves were pleasant to chew not slimy.Since these arrived not melted that was a big plus for me. The taste as well as the mouthfeel is also a plus for me which I prefer over the other well-known brand, Although the price was a drawback I would consider purchasing them during the warmer months when other brands melt given my budget constraints. If budget wasn't an issue I might switch to this brand altogether and no take a chance on the other brand any longer given the no refunds policy associated with the well known brand. ELICORE given that it DOESNT MELT in the heat may therefore be the BETTER VALUE. Also if you require gummies without sodium, this is the one for you.Sometimes its just a difficult decision to make. Based on the supplement itself, I give it FIVE STARS because ELICORE is a quality product. When it comes down to it knowing that it wont melt in transit and I'll get my monies worth makes ALL the difference to me. FIVE STARS all the time!!!!

Taste was not so great. I took for a week, and I was seeing or feeling any difference so I stopped. Maybe I should have taken longer but it was just weird aftertaste. I know usually apple cider vinegar gummies offer great benefits, but I did not feel these were effective.

Probiotic Benefits Packed in a Gummy
Very tasty and easy to swallow and chew. These didn’t have the typical strong ACV smell, which I appreciated. It can be a bit intense. Although I didn’t use these to suppress my appetite, I found the quality and functionality good for probiotic benefit. As an appetite suppressant, I’d say they worked well, too.
