So I started off with the natural valley from Walmart. Which is okay but I’ve been taking it for two months and haven’t really seen any weight changes. Iv been taking these for 4 days now and mann they actually help with my stomach. I have really bad IBS. But since I’ve been taking stuff like this. I haven’t really been taking my miralax. Which I definitely still take but not as much . Because my bowel movements are more frequently. And idk if it’s the gummies of not but I’ve been gasing up so much and they are not the fun ones lol.They don’t smell too good at first but they do taste okay. But let’s put it this way. They are way better than having to drink the stuff lol. But now that iv kinda gotten used to them. It’s not that bad. I will continue buying these. I’m hoping I will see a weight change as well with taking these.

Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies. My bottle arrived quickly and perfectly fine. They are Not clumped together; it arrived and stayed outside in 88° weather for at least an hour. They are fine. Okay, these are absolutely delicious, especially if you love candy and sweets like I do. The first time I ate my first one, I could tell there was acv in them, and wasn’t sure I would love it long term, but I certainly do! I look forward to eating them each day! Keep in mind that it’s bad for your teeth enamel (worse than lemonade), and so you need to brush 30 minutes after eating them (not prior to 30 minutes, but as soon after 30 minutes as you can.) If you are looking for the non-sugar kind, that tastes sugary like these, then look up BeLive acv gummies. Oh they are so yummy too!

Energy booster not sure about weight loss yet
Not sure about the affects on weight loss and help with bloating yet but I do feel less tired and more alert in the morning even with little amount of sleep, the taste is mild hint of apple cider vinegar almost tart so I do squint a bit upon taking it (I don’t do tart or sour too well haha)I will update if anything changes and if I see a significant difference physically lol.

So I tried these Nature Craft Apple Cider Vinegar first. I was hoping they would help me lose weight, because drinking Apple Cider Vinegar is GROSS. Drinking it was recommend by my doctor. When I first opened the bottle the smell was OVERWHELMING of ACV!!!! I was kind of grossed out, but I ate one. It was STRONG but a million times better than drinking the acv. The next day, a lot of the strong smell was gone and the the pills were a little better. By the end of day four or five, the smell was not bad at all and the pills started tasting good. So don’t let the first day or two detour you, I think it’s that the bottle has been closed for so long. I must admit, I had no weight loss BUT my heartburn was GONE after about a week. No “little purple pills for me.” About that time I noticed my GI system was A LOT better. I use to feel bloated and have all sorts of bathroom issues-just like that GONE! A friend said she used the famous brand starting with a G that you see advertised everywhere and she loved them. So I bought two bottles, of the other brand. I took them for a week. Let me say, Natures Craft is sweet and you taste a slight ACV to it. The famous G brand you taste the slight ACV taste AND chemicals. The flavor is GROSS! So now I have a bottle and a half of the famous “G” brand that I can’t stomach and I’m out of Nature’s Craft. It’s been three months and I take one at breakfast and one before dinner. My blood sugar is better, I am a diabetic, my GI system is much better-I’m not always running to the bathroom and best of all MY HEARTBURN is gone and no pills needed. I’m hoping it may help me shed a few pounds but as of right now, I’m THRILLED with what it’s done. Don’t let the big name fool you, Apple cider vinegar gummies that taste like ACV and chemicals are GROSS! I read all the claims that people write about those gummies and think they must be PAID. I gave my girlfriend a few of the Natures Craft Apple Cider Vinegar gummies and she’s switched. If you can’t stand the flavor, you won’t take them. You end up really enjoying them. I now open the bottle, but close it and let it sit a few days opening it a few times. You will end up looking forward to taking these, just give it a few days. I’m hooked!

Smells of ACV when you open the bottle. I can definitely taste the ACV but no bad after taste. They help with digestion and bloating. After 2 weeks of mindful eating I’ve lost 4lbs.
