The best bariatric option I’ve found
Vitamins are important after bariatric surgery and have sadly been something I’ve struggled with. First was the chewable…4 a day and they were each the size of a large coun battery and had a heavy chalky taste. Second was the ones I used pre-op and was cleared to use again at month 3 – the once a day capsule…that is about half the size of my stomach.Joking aside, after surgery I have STRUGGLED taking ever the smallest pills daily. Put in apple sauce, they said…yeah, another step in an already hard process.Enter these….soft, sweet, chewable, not huge, only 2.Winner! I still struggle to take every day, but I am taking them more often.

Great tasting
I have tried capsules and chewable tables. Both upset my stomach. The capsules are too large for my stomach and chewables are chalky. Even though I’m not really suppose to have gummies I find these gummies chew up easily and will melt in your mouth. The best part they taste good even though they aren’t a pretty color. Since I’m required to take vitamins I find this to be my best solution. The container was hard for me to open the first time. The gummies aren’t sticky feeling. I will buy again.

Good but read nutrition label
They taste good and don’t hurt my stomach but the recommended two gummies is no where near enough of each vitamin for a gastric bypass patient daily intake.

easy to digest
I am over a year out from gastric bypass surgery and I have tried SO MANY different vitamins. Some made me sick, some were just hard to chew up and get down. These are amazing. They taste so good!!!
