Lost the Fat
I started taking them November 1 I’ve lost 20pds by December 22It suppressed my appetite and kept me moving with out hardly working out I now have 3 of my friends taking them…You lose the weight without working out like wow!

Seems to work
Seems to help with some appetite control. But I still feel hunger in the morning during my fast after taking this with a big glass of water. What I do notice is the 3 mg of caffeine coupled with the 150 mg of green coffee does provide a little energy boost. This helps me get rid of some brain fog in the morning. Does have 100 mg of magnesium citrate which in higher doses gives me loose stools. Magnesium citrate does that to a lot of people. Very common. However, this low dosage does not have that effect on me. So I’m happy about that. I’ve been taking it for 9 days now. Every morning religiously. I’ve lost 1.5 lb during that time period. It’s not a magic pill and I am using this to help with my fasting in the morning along with some cardio and weight lifting. Cut out drinking beer this past weekend and getting good sleep. The caffeine in this has not negatively impacted my sleep either.

No noticeable side effects
I love that these don’t have any noticeable side effects like some supplements I’ve taken. Very easy to swallow and take after a meal. I honestly haven’t seen any difference yet other than maybe little more focused while working out? I would say it may alos add an extra layer of sweat, but sweat a lot normally during my workouts. Plus I’m not excessively overweight, so I know it make take a bit longer to see differences. Will continue to use!

This product curves my appetite and give me energy, I only take one pill a day because I am sensitive to the caffeine in it. But it helps stay at my same weight of 135
