Choose Health’s 4-in-1 Stress Test is an at-home health tracking kit and service that allows you to track the key markers of your internal adrenal health and function (including Cortisol, DHEA-S, DHEA:Cortisol Ratio & Visceral Fat).
Your test results are processed through a HIPPA compliant server and lab and Choose Health is committed to never selling your personal information to any third party vendor without your consent. Many customers use the Choose Health kit & service to validate their diet routines and other lifestyle changes such as exercise consumption.
4-IN-1 ADRENAL HEALTH & FUNCTION / STRESS TEST: Our comprehensive Adrenal / Stress test kit allows users to test and track 4 key markers of internal adrenal health (Cortisol,DHEA-S, DHEA:Cortisol ratio & Visceral Fat).
EASY TO USE, AT-HOME COLLECTION: With a simple finger prick test, only a couple of drops of blood is required for analysis. Blood sample is then sent for analysis in the pre-paid envelope provided in the kit.
FAST, ACCURATE RESULTS: Once your sample reaches the lab, it takes 3-5 days to analyze. Once results are ready, you receive an email with a link to your own personalized Choose Health Dashboard.
SIMPLE, EASY-TO-UNDERSTAND RESULTS: Once you access the dashboard, you can navigate through each biomarker/hormone and learn how to improve any markers that are out of the optimal range or to maintain any markers that are in the optimal range. You can also track and trend each marker over time to monitor progress and improvements.
