The pills are quite large but, it beats the alternative of swallowing raw coconut oil and dry heaving all over the place because it tastes like coconut.. It also takes away the stress of having to worry about getting enough of the vital fat from incorporating it into meals. With that being said, These softgels do offer more nutrients than other brands on the market. I am on my 3rd bottle and absolutely love it. Before taking the oil supplements my skin was very dry ( I looked like a snake that was shedding its skin… not good at all! ) In addition to taking my prescribed medication I have been taking the softgels daily as indicated on the bottle, and my condition has improved greatly. An important detail for those of you who do not like the taste of coconut these softgels DO NOT have any coconut flavor to them. I have not broken them open and tasted the oil, but I can cay that when kept whole there is absolutely no flavor.

rated it one star because it wouldn’t go to zero star, this stuff is a waste of money, coconut oil, it might work if you put it on a bicycle chain, or a zipper thats sticky otherwise don’t waste your time or money.
