This is a good product. Been taking a little over a week and notice an effect on appetite. Also, helps with my mood. Lastly, this is a good adjunct to my weight lifting, cardio and low carb lifestyle in perimenopause. You must follow a healthy lifestyle, this isn’t a GLP 1.
