Unexpected ingredients
In addition to psyllium, ingredients include polyethylene glycol and povidone, which are supposed to make it dissolve better. As best I can find, these are supposed to be generally safe, but I wish I had known they were in there before I made my purchase—I might have made a different choice. It does dissolve better than other brands I have tried, but it’s not like a powder that dissolves completely in water and forms a solution—more like a suspension of granules that is not entirely pleasant.

This is so much easier to take than many of the other fibre products. No sugar, no flavor and dissolves easily in water or juice. Great to travel with these small packets rather than a small bottle of product that takes up space in your luggage.
