I’ll update my review if things change but so far it has helped with digestion, I tend to be bloated a lot and it takes me a couple of days to go number two but this helps a lot. It dose hurt a tiny bit but nothing concerning. No other negative side effects over all good, ill see if it helps with weight loss in a few months.
