Promising product
Nice packaging, although as some have mentioned, near impossible to read the white lettering on the sleek fogged glass container and should have used the darker blue for the supplement facts. I initially dropped a star, but added back as thought was put into the design and glass container.As far as the product, it seems to be solid with a good list of ingredients. My wife has been taking for a month now and thinks she’s seeing some results, but not completely sure of the effectiveness. No issues with upset stomach or digestive issues from what she can tell, and these are a typical capsule & size of most traditional supplements.

Easy on the stomach, hard to tell or measure effectiveness without long-term use
Really hard to post a review on these as it’s difficult to tell results after only a few weeks. Haven’t seen any real difference in fat % or body composition (we have a fat% scale that provides lots of other measurements), but we can say the pills don’t upset our stomachs or cause any other ill effects that we can see or feel. Appetite suppression feels like it could be effective, but not much different when eating a protein-rich diet (morning shake, protein-rich lunch, etc.). Would say if you’re worried about side-effects, for us, none, but each person’s biological response is different, so take our review as just one experience.

Promising ingredients, takes time to prove itself
So the dieting darling of 2025 seems to be GLP-1 supplements and it’s finally my turn to give them a try! While I definitely need to lose weight (I’m a fuller-figured petite gal, at 4’11”, 170 lbs) I haven’t been diagnosed with anything and I’m not rich enough to afford the injectable version on my own.The capsules are a nice standard size and easy to swallow with no digestive issues or side effects to date. When opening the bottle the smell is pretty intense but I can’t taste anything while taking them (or after, which is always a plus, especially with vitamins/supplements!).I really appreciate that these capsules only contain the therapeutic ingredients; too many products are including “regular” vitamins/minerals along with the unique properties which can really cause some math headaches as I try to determine if I’m getting too much of something else.I know it takes time to see a difference; I’m only taking 2/day (recommended dose seems based on 3 meals/day) so I think this is a pretty good value ($34.90 = $0.39 / pill), especially if you can get it less with a coupon or on subscription. No magic but worth trying. Helps.
I started taking these twice a day even though it recommends three. I dont have an early appetite, so I take one about noon before lunch and one around six or seven because that’s when cravings hit hard. I have noticed that it has helped suppress hunger and cravings if you’re being intentional and sticking to a plan or routine. Smell when first opening jar is strong but the pills dont taste like anything and I havnt had any headaches, digestive issues, I dont burp them up or have any side effects from them. I havnt lost any weight from them yet probably because the holidays were brutal but as I mentioned if you’re doing other things this is a tool that can help in achieving results and their effectiveness will depend on a well rounded effort. The ingredients being natural and minimal is a plus when also taking other supplements and medications. I have also noticed slight increase of energy and focus in this last week of being more consistent and plan on finishing the jar. If results are attained, I will continue them.
