Something that actually works!
I’m a huge fan of Bite Block! First reason is the slow energy release I feel all day due to having 200 mg of caffeine in it. I get headaches if I don’t have some sort of caffeine and I haven’t drank caffeine in over a week thanks to these supplements. I can tell it’s a slow release as I feel energetic and focused all day with no jitters.Second I am one that could graze all day and I honestly don’t have the urge at all. At meal times I am hungry but I don’t overeat at all, small portions and I’m satisfied and I don’t feel like I really crave anything anymore so I’m not digging in the cupboards all day which is great!Lastly, I have zero tummy bloat! I’ve noticed that in just a week’s time my stomach feels flatter and not bloated at all.Win! Win! Win! Will defiantly buy again and keep it part of my daily vitamin regimen.

I have seen a difference
So lately I have been craving a ton of sweets, was making me gain weight like crazy. I was at my wits end because I wasn’t hungry, but I was snacking constantly on sugary crap. I started taking these and it’s been about two weeks and I noticed them starting to work about four days in to taking them. I will continue taking them because my appetite for sugar has decreased like no other. I do have to take them twice a day because I can feel them starting to stop working around midday. I like everything that’s in them. The quality is good They don’t have any thing that is hidden that’s bad for you. Well, I don’t think they do. Since I started taking these two weeks ago, I have dropped 3 pounds which is great. I will update it a few months and hopefully I have more good news.For the price, I actually will have to say I will purchase them again because they do what they say they’re going to do.

Can’t affor the GLP-1 stuff, and my insurance won’t cover it, so I found this. I have lost a few pounds with it, and it does help me feel full, for the most part. But I still stress eat when the end of the semester rolls around and I’m grading projects. Not their fault!

Seems to be working after two days. Lots of caffeine I take one pill per day not two.
I got these in and so far I have had them for two days. The caffeine content says it is equal to 2 cups of coffee per pill. It says to take 1 pill in the morning and one in the early afternoon.I have decided not to take 2 capsules a day and only take one per day.I noticed that today, I was doing more around the house and seemed to have more energy without feeling too irritated. Taking one pill is enough for me to last all day.I ordered pizza tonight normally, I eat 2-3 pieces at a time, tonight I ate one. Seems to be working quickly.I will try to update after taking it for 4 months with one pill per day, if I stay consistent – I will try.

Bite block worth every penny
Worth every penny and i love this! I started taking this about 7 days ago and I can’t get enough of it! It’s easy to swallow with no flavor to it like other pills. I feel more energized aftertaking it ,usually I take 2 a day one in the morning with food and one around 1or latest 2 with food. And I usually don’t get too hungry which is the main reason why I will continue to use this product. With these bite block pills it’s recommended to have a healthy eating plan and faster results will b visible . But hands down would recommend any time. You still have energy evening in the evenings no crash. And it does help with appetite suppressant. And overall the quality is amazing.
