If you’re sensitive to medications, don’t take this
I took one yesterday for the first time, and that evening I had a really bad nosebleed. I looked up adverse side effects and I’m apparently part of the 1% of the population that gets adverse side effects. So, this did not work for me.

I tried this for 30 days and noticed a difference. I did loose a few pounds but then I ran out and went on vacation and gained a little back, I did not have any side affects and I take other vitamins with it. I bought this again to give it another go. I did notice a difference with the reduced appetite.

Helped with bloating
I have been taking these pills for almost 2 weeks and so far I have not felt much of a difference in my body. Like most supplements, I’m sure I won’t feel a difference yet, since this has to be taken for at least 30 days in order to see the benefits and potential of it. The only thing I have noticed so far is that my bloating has decreased some but not completely. These are easy to swallow, medium sized capsules, that do not have an odor to them. It has not shown to have any effectiveness on my cravings or appetite yet.
