Have been using this for years…excellent product..natural,gentle ,no added ingredients like the typical fiber products on market…you adjust the amount you need..i take daily in juice…sometimes,if neededi will take twice a day..unlike a laxative,it works naturally and gently..highly recommend

This is not a laxative, it’s simply a natural way to help move food out of your colon. This is one of the best products I’ve ever used in my diet routine. In fact, I’ve used this product for well over 15 years. It is an excellent way to stay regular, avoid hemorrhoids issues and it’s an excellent way to cure your insulin spike if you drink it before you eat or drink something high in carbs or sugars. Just don’t take it with medication or supplements, as it will lessen the impact of the meds or supplements. I usually mix it with water and an emergen-C Raspberry packet, it lessen’s the taste and texture when I drink it.

Terrible product
This product does absolutely nothing. It is also disgusting. The flavor is awful and it does not dissolve at all. It’s very hard to drink and gets stuck in my throat. I suffered through it multiple times but it did nothing.

Un buon prodotto veramente e anche naturale,bucce di psillio. L’ho usato come da consigli di somministrazione per 10 giorni ed ho avuto un significativo cambiamento,anche senall’inizio puo dare un senso di gonfiore,i giorni successivi il tutto si regolarizza. Sospenderò un mese poi riprenderò per altri 10 giorni per dare una continuità . Consigliato.

WOW. Was sceptical to start woth as for the first 3 days I felt really bloated and bunged up down there. But then… Woah… Day 4 it started. Felt like a shoved a lifetimes worth of poop out me bum hole. This stuff works like magic, really impressed and will definitely reorder

I was taking this way back years ago when it was in the green kinda packaging. People saying it tastes horrible and it don’t dilute ect lmao!!! It’s a natural powder you mix it (blend like I do) and just knock it back it ain’t no cocktail. Make sure your near a toilet around 4/5 hours cos this ain’t like holding in a regular no.2- does what it says, that’s why it’s number.1
