This stuff is great. Within days I saw an improvement in my digestion. My insides haven’t been right in years. This made it much more comfortable. I also dont feel bloated after eating any more (even a small portion).I also feel a burst of energy in the morning. It’s easier to wake up and get going rather than hit the snooze a dozen times. At work, I’m overall more alert and on days I do not have enough rest I’m still less cloudy.Took about two weeks to get the full effect but as I mentioned I noticed changes within days. Highly recommend this supplement!

Product arrived exactly as described. I’ve been taking it so far for about two weeks and I can generally say that I’ve been feeling overall better and with more energy when combined with a healthy lifestyle. Excellent new vitamin product
Excellent new vitamin product, Mediterranean, have tried many others, with this felt positive improvement in health within a few days. (Also, I’m of Sicilian heritage.) Only complaint is that it’s expensive and cannot keep taking it at usual prices. Tried cutting down from 3 caps/day to 2 caps/day to save costs, but then lots fewer benefits. Will only continue if can find better pricing. Great product!
