MTHFR QUADFECTA.
This product along with P5P, Methyl B-12 and TMG (Betaine Anhydrous). Have been my 4 combined sources of supplements to counter all the symptoms of my MTHFR. I’ve been on my journey for almost exactly 10 years. I only took 3 of the ingredients for years and had great success with the physical issues of MTHFR. But it wasn’t until the last year and a half, I started reading about the mental side or psychological side of MTHFR. I have suffered with anxiety and depression and paranoia my entire life (57 years). And was/am being treated for these two issues medically with 2 different pills. I was reading that MTHFR causes anxiety and depression and paranoia issues as well as all the other symptoms. You could make your own capsules, too. Or just buy the ready made capsules. Just make sure you get a quality product without a bunch of nonsense in it. Taking for early pregnancy
I’m roughly 4weeks 4 days pregnant and am unable to take prenatals due to a antibiotic I’m on for a sinus infection. I was stressing about folic acid and read folate was better and how necessary it is in early pregnancy through to 12 weeks. Unsure if I will have any weird side effects or anything but I’m doubtful I will have any issues. They are really small and easy to swallow as well! Best part imo is they aren’t made in China! They are made in the USA. Super important to pay attention to that with suppliments.Will update if I have any issues with it. If I don’t update assume they are working great and my little poppy seed is getting the nutrients it needs 🙂
