Digestive problems are 95% better!!
I started taking this supplement because it was mentioned on the Dr. Oz show for anti-aging. I did not order it for my digestive problems (diagnosed as IBS). I didn’t even know it was supposed to help digestion. It has been a wonderful surprise to find out that this supplement almost completely alleviates the unpleasant digestive symptoms I’ve been experiencing for so long. I could not be happier!! I highly recommend this product!! I can’t really comment on the anti-aging factor since I’m taking and using so many anti-aging aids all at once. It’s probably helping. I have seen really nice improvements in my skin, but like I said, I started lots of different regimens around the same time: supplements, retin-a, vitamin c serum, to name a few.

Healing for post-op digestion problems, all good.
I ordered this because Dr. Oz said it would help with aging, and decreasing that. Lol When I ordered it, I suspected it might mean more to me than others.I had serious digestive problems for 2+ years. Then I had a serious surgery to put things right. The healing process has been challenging. I’m doing well, but it is a process. I take this Jarrow 500mg L carnosine with Solaray’s Cal/Mag/Zinc. It’s like a super mega dose of PepZinGI which is good if you’re close to normal. I was not close to normal when I got my carnosine. But, I am close to normal now. :)I took the 500mg of carnosine with the cal/mag/zinc 30 minutes before each meal for 5 or 6 weeks. The L carnosine made a huge difference in my body learning how to digest food again. Very exciting! Now I’m taking the combination once a day in the morning. I am taking the PepZinGI before lunch and dinner when I remember.I will continue with the L carnosine and cal/mag/zinc for at least a year to help my body heal. Knowing myself, I’d guess I’ll take it forever.

I’m giving this 5 stars but the truth is… ( I’m sorry )
I just found out L-Carnosine is broken down and re-synthesized in the body. Apparently you can just supplement Beta Alanine and you’ll get the Carnosine benefits. Your body will supply the histadine. I spent 40$ on this. I just bought pure Beta Alanine powder for $9.99. This was a costly mistake. Do your due diligence when purchasing supplements.

Of all of the supplements I take for brain enhancement (nootropics, etc), I really love this stuff! There’s a ton of research about how it helps with slowing down the shortening of telomeres (aging process) and I believe it! when I take 1000 mg a day, I notice that I feel more physically and mentally energized & alert. I don’t think this is placebo either as I didn’t expect much from this when I first bought it. I tossed it into the routine and noticed that if I overwhelmed my system with it (1000mg seems to do the trick), I am seriously on my game. I take cdp-choline, alcar, Phosphatidyl serine and a few others but this stuff rocks. Give it a month or 2 though, it doesn’t work overnight.

Amazing results
I have been taking L-Carnosine (3 caps a day = 1500mg) for about 2 months now. The effects are very clear and noticeable. I look younger, healthier, and I feel better too. It’s absolutely amazing. I keep getting comments from people telling me I look good. But that’s not all, the skin is only our largest and most visible organ, but the cells in our other organs are getting rejuvenated too. I think I will take this for the rest of my life!Make sure to take 2 – 3 caps a day, taking less you may not get the results you want.
