Easy to swallow
These are easy-to-swallow capsules! I normally can’t swallow large pills (‘horse’ pills), but these are light and slide down easily! Works great for open soars in the mouth (herpes). No side effects. It’s an amino acid. I’ve tried the powders with Vit C, but don’t care for the taste. Water works with these, but anything thicker, like juice or milk, makes it feel like you’re not swallowing anything at all. I’m a petite size, so 1,000 mg (2 capsules) work for me on a daily basis, if needed. My Dr suggested this based on comments from other patients. When I feel the tingling of a soar (the sign that a soar is coming), I take 3,000 mg every day for 3 days, then back to 1,000 mg for a couple days just to be sure it’s gone. The soar doesn’t start! This is natural, and I believe it’s better than taking a prescribed medication, like Acyclovir.

Very good buy! This isn’t a cheap supplement. Capsules aren’t small but coated and easy to swallow. L lysine is an important amino acid and it helps heal my fever blisters and canker sores faster.

Good for immune support
We take lysine daily during cold and flu season and haven’t had any illnesses in several years. These capsules are relatively easy to swallow even though they are somewhat large. This company is well rated for excellent products.
