It really works
I only use this when ai eat ice cream. Two or three tablets, depends on how much I put in the dish. But it really helps you from being uncomfortable. Great product will keep on purchasing!

This has been my first and only lactase product for several years. Recently I find myself having to take one extra after every meal or dairy product and then another a few hours after the meal. Not sure what’s going on but I had to switch brands. I give it 4 stars because it has gotten me through several years of “could have been bad’ situations. Definitely recommend to anyone new to lactose intolerance. It’s easy to swallow with water. It will stick to your mouth if you don’t use a liquid. It’s very affordable and practically in every store. I like the bottle because it’s easy to travel with and they don’t get crushed like the paper packets. I still keep the paper packets in my car for those just in case moments.

This stuff is fantastic! I am lactose intolerant and yet with these tablets I can tolerate some dairy. I personally still won’t eat too much dairy out of fear but I have lactose intolerant family members who after a couple of tablets can happily have an entire milkshake.I have tried other, cheaper, brands but none have been as good.I will say that although when I use Lactaid I never have any pain I do still get occasional bloating if I have a lot of dairy produce. Personally I can deal with that! I cannot recommend this enough to anyone who is fed up of not being able to enjoy meals out at restaurants or fancy the odd small ice cream at the beach

Super happy with this and wish I tried these supplements years ago.First time I tried it I had absolutely no issues after eating a yogurt.I would only say – I don’t take the 3 tabs. 1.5 or 2 tabs is enough to prevent symptoms for me and will help the supply last longer.
