So far I’ve taken this for a few days. I take it along with berberine and morosil and I’ve already lost 2lbs. I take it in the mornings prior to breakfast. It definitely curves my cravings and suppresses appetite. I don’t even feel hungry for breakfast and for lunch I’ve been eating half the portions I usually eat because I feel full faster. Definitely drink a lot of water. No side effects.
