Two months ago, I started taking this product to lower my A1c and lose a couple of pounds. I am a woman over 60 and losing weight is not easy. I take it mostly every day and I am very happy with the results. I have more energy, my bowel movements are very satisfying, and I’ve lost 4 pounds and some inches! I think it’s important to note that I am pretty active, have a decent diet and I go to the gym at least three times a week. I go to the doctor next month and I hoping good results show up in my blood tests as well. I would recommend this product!

A trusted fibre supplement that I use 2 x a day and it’s always been reliable for me over the years. The orange flavor is a good choice it seems as it makes the mildly gritty texture more palatable, and the gritty texture is, I believe, related to the composition of Metamucil that makes it effective in doing its job in the human body. And the Amazon price is fair and reasonable for the benefit received, in my experience. Highly recommend!
