So I was a bit hesitant in taking this product initially as it’s something ingested into my body but went ahead and gave it a shot.I’m in my mid to late 30s and have been experiencing weight gain due to perimenopause- no matter the amount of workouts completed or food restricted the scale either goes up or stays stagnant. My main pain point is the stomach fat – it doesn’t go away but I hear that’s pretty common at this stage in life.After taking this supplement for a week I have noticed a significant decrease in my food cravings, amount I can eat at a sitting, and hey the scale even went down by 2 LB!!!!Price is a little higher than i would like to spend but is better than some products on the market and lasts 40 days.The pills are coated so it makes them easy to digest and they don’t upset my stomach.I’d highly recommend these to anyone looking for a good GLP-1 supplement.

I gained weight on this
Sadly I gained about 4 pounds after taking this for a month in comparison to when I was taking pure Berberine and not gaining or losing. I am not sure why and nothing has changed with my appetite while taking these. I will say aside from that, I didn’t have any negative side effects and it is pretty easy on the stomach.

53 yo woman. I was looking for something to help me curb my appetite (was on semiglutide 2 years ago-only for one month to drop weight). This summer, bec of my lack of will power I gained 7-8 lbs. this product does help me not crave sweets but I’m still having trouble not eating food if it’s there. I would buy it again.

Perfect Sidekick
I never write reviews but I had to for this product. This along with staying in a calorie deficit and working out 4 times a week has seriously been a game changer. Other reviews say it helps you feel in control after you eat, and it really does. They’re easy to take & they don’t upset my stomach. In a month I’ve lost 12 pounds, it’s helped me accomplish getting past being stuck at a certain weight. I like to think it’s helped with my energy as well and I don’t feel bloated. Overall, the effectiveness is legit and has been a great additional to a good diet and exercise. Even when I don’t work out, I still take them as directed and they’re still effective. This is only my first bottle, so very excited for the second one! Plus the value for money, and the amount you get is better than others I’ve seen on here. Definitely worth the try!

Not the miracle product I was hoping for.
I struggle a lot with food noise, cravings, and emotional eating. I am not in a position to try expensive GLP injections, so I thought I’d try this product based on the price and reviews. While it did slow down my digestive system in order to make me feel full, it did not quiet the food noise in my head as much as I had hoped for. I did stopped taking the medication due to constipation and discomfort.

A great product, really works, great price
This product really works, my husband and myself, both, have lost 20 lbs., each. These are also gluten-free, and even though another expensive product that claims to be gluten-free, it is but, the facility is cross contaminated with all sorts of allergens, including, wheat. This GLP-1 did not make me sick, and i didn’t have an allergic reaction to it either. It was perfect for me and my husband!Value for money:It was honestly gluten-free, I’m celiac, and it worked, quickly and steadily. Â
