Fast acting tablets
This is my second bottle of Natrols 5-HTP 100mg fast dissolving tablets. They have an enjoyable berry flavor that’s mild tasting and once you place it in your mouth it dissolves immediately. I like that they use Xylitol because it’s also beneficial for your oral health. As the bottle states you don’t need water with these because they dissolve completely. The best part is that they are fast acting and I can feel a difference in a shorter amount of time which is a big plus. Natrol is a brand I trust and I will continue taking these. The price is good for a 30 tablet supply because of the potency and a great way to try them if you are looking for a good brand of 5-HTP to help elevate your mood and stay calm.

Works great need L-Tyrosine with it to balance your Dopamine.
These are amazing but you need to balance them with L-Tyrosine. 1-10 ratio. 5-HTP helps Serotonin but now you need to pull your Dopamine up to meet it. I take L-Tyrosine! If you take 50mg 5-HTP then you need 500mg L-Tyrosine. 1-10 ratio.

Works but be cautious!
Natrol is a good brand and this is a tasty way to get your seratonin on. But be warned – – too much seratonin is incredibly dangerous and can lead to greater depression, loss of libido, or seratonin syndrome in worst case scenarios (ie combining w ssris or certain recreational drugs). Always moderate and have an on-off schedule (ie two weeks on two weeks off). Wish they’d mention it on the packaging!

Great tasting and work
I got these to try to see if they would help my migraines since I’d read something about increasing serotonin levels in the brain may reduce migraines. I’m not sure about the migraines yet, since it’s only been a couple weeks. But I happened to notice that they actually do help my mood, which I hadn’t known that’s what they’re typically used for. 🙂

Tastes like a dessert 🍰 Which is good. Plus good for you to take, not too grainy. This is a good brand, and I like using them, helps me with serotonin uptake and a good mood all day. If you have the occasional moderate blues or downs try this. It will help perk you up. I never knew they had chewables, normally I don’t get that kind but I can’t find this medicine anywhere else now, or for as cheap as the chews were. Wild berry flavor.

Very bad. That’s how I’m starting it. First, I received crushed pills. I counted it just as how other customers did and I received only 26pcs.out of 30 as advertised. I’m wondering why the company is not doing anything about it wherein they’re receiving the same complaints from diff customers. And I don’t believe it’s from the delivery guys. The broken pills are really really broken to the point that it was almost pulverized. Shall I eat the powder??? no returns because of a bad product. Not good.Second, it doesn’t worked as advertised. Seriously. I tried it because the one I’m buying usually from another brand and all of a sudden sky rocketed it’s price and now I’m guessing that you get what you’re paying for. And this is what I’ve got on this 60AED. Save your money. Buy something else. I’ve read the comments but still I bought it. My mistake. Search guys. Do your assignments. In this time of pandemic every penny counts. And I believe we didn’t deserve this product that we paid for.
