Love this product!
I really love this particular version of melatonin for when I need a little extra help falling asleep. It definitely works! I personally prefer a tablet to swallow rather than the gummies that a lot of brands produce for melatonin because I take it right before bed and don’t want chewy things on my teeth right before sleep. It’s small and easy to swallow. I love that it has the quick/slow release design and it really does seem to work for me!

Good choice for melatonin. It’s a small pill so easy to swallow. Does the job – makes us sleepy pretty quick. No side effects for us.
