Great for Cholestrol
I have been taking these for about a year and have had no issues with them. I take them after I eat my biggest meals. I had my bloodwork done and my LDL went down. Everything was in a normal range. I do want to say my doctor told me I did not have to fast for my Lipid test. So, I got it done and my numbers were ok, not great. So, I did another Lipid test and this time I fasted for 14 hours. My Lipid panel number were great !! So, I feel like doctors might tell people it does not matter if you fast or not, because if you do not you will have to go on medicines. This is what happened to so many people I know.

Works good and fast for me!
I was absolutely shocked that these pills worked so fast! 10/18/24 had a LDL level of 104mg/DL. Although it was only 4 pts higher than normal that was completely unacceptable to me because all my life its been under 100mg/DL. As soon as I got the pills, i started taking them but unfortunately I was going on vacation the next day after I got them and needless to say, I ate like a pig. I ate everything under the sun, but I still took the pills but I didn’t expect much change in my LDL levels because I was eating way too much hearty foods for 3-4 days and I had just started taking them. 8 days later after taking the pills and being gluttonous on vacation, my LDL was retested simply because i had another physical exam to complete and shockingly, my LDL was 94mg/DL!!! I was absolutely shocked! Been taking these pills faithfully and haven’t changed my diet that much and 2 months later on 12/16/24 my LDL tested at 76mg/DL. Unbelievable! I would give these pills 100 stars ⭐️ if could. I can’t say that about many supplements i take but these are absolutely outstanding because they truly do work !

I have been dealing with high cholesterol for a while. However, now that I am “more mature” I focused on getting the numbers down. Part of this is definitely genetic as I am not overweight, do not eat fried foods, etc. However, got my bloodwork today…and yep I am finally in “normal” range. I did discuss this with my doctor before I tried it out because I am anti-statin. She gave me 6 months and yep…everyone is happy.

trying this vs cholestoff plus
Have been using the plus version of this which is two pills per serving vs this one that’s three pills per. Not sure whether it’s doing any good at this point until I get my cholesterol levels checked in Feb. I assume it’s better overall as it has more plant sterol/stanols in it along with lecithin, & Pantethine which is an additional ingredient.

These alone didn’t do much to lower my numbers. I figure statins and increasing exercise had more of an impact for me, but I continued to take them in case they are helping, it’s just hard to extrapolate an actual benefit.

Same quality as that first bought from iHerb. Bottles have expiry date of mid 2022, which is far out enough.Taking 3 capsules two times a day as suggested. Initially, the capsules felt a little too large when swallowed; after a few days, this became more acceptable.Will do a lipid test after at least 3 months of usage to ascertain the effect on cholesterol levels. Fingers crossed.

Was recommended this product as I didn’t want to take statins for my high cholesterol. In 1 month , my cholesterol was low enough not to take any statins!I now take 2 tabs daily to maintain my cholesterol to a healthy level..
