I believe this product has helped my hair become a little thicker. The pills are really small so they are easy to take.I would recommend trying this product if thinning hair is your issue. The price is right and I believe it’s working.

Taking this daily….
I am taking this daily to help with hair health. I have changed many things by adding new products and moved away from coloring. I want to believe this helping in addition to the B12. I don’t have issues with hair loss only trying to get my hair healthy again as I work on growing it out. I take this daily in the morning with my coffee! Side note-my nails have for sure gotten stronger. I also take collagen daily in addition to this product.

I ordered this time the Biotin Extra strength 2500 MCG as my hair starting thinning and this is very for strenthing and also for skin too. I trust Nature Made brandI wish they still made and sold their Mega 2000 vitimins.
