Only complaint is that the pills are huge. But I haven’t found any L-Lysiene that is smaller so oh well. I like this brand, best value for the money and clean ingredients.

I just got these today so I can not rate the quality of the product but I can rate that these pills are HUGE! If you can swallow a quarter you should be good! If this works I may have to find something smaller since I already take about 10 pills at night without the horse pill!

I was a bit disappointed to see the size of these tablets. They are maybe the biggest tablets I have ever taken. The expiry date is long which is great! I heard there’s a lot of benefits with these tablets, but also scary side effects. Maybe check with your GP first before taking it. I like the lid isn’t twist top but flips open. As I’ve only started taking it, I can’t exactly report on the success of it yet.
