I feel the difference
I was thrilled to find a B vitamin complex from a reliable company that didn’t have mega doses of the B vitamins. These are easy to swallow with no side effects. The price is reasonable. At first I didn’t know if I was going to stay with them because I felt pretty juiced every morning after taking. That may be from not having had adequate B intake for a while, I don’t know. Anyway, I adjusted and I do feel that I have positive sustained change to mood and energy.

Excellent vitamins
I like this Nature Made Super B vitamins. However, I’m disappointed with the quality of this vitamins at times it has a very strong undesirable odor. I also received the expiration date is less than a year. Amazon should check expiration date before shipping as this is non returnable item. Amazon should be able to replace and accept returns of vitamins that are defective or expiration date that’s less than a year.

Finally, a company is offering a B-complex product that doesn’t contain 50 to 200 times the amount of B vitamins a perron actually needs. I was taking a product that was so overloaded with B vitamins my body could no longer get rid of what it couldn’t absorb, and that was the smallest amount I was able to find at the time. As a result, I was having terrible digestive problems every time I took one of the capsules. But these little gel caps are easy to swallow, easy to digest and I can rest assured knowing that I’m getting the amount of B-vitamins that I actually need rather than struggling to absorb an enormous overload of B vitamins that a body is simply not equipped to handle. A big shout out and heartfelt thanks to the people at Nature Made!
