High quality Triple Omega for an excellent price
Just started taking this supplement hoping to improve my skin and eye health. I was REALLY afraid of the dreaded ‘fish-burp,’ but this hasn’t happened. Only the teensy-weensiest taste of fish several hours after I took it that lasted for a couple of minutes. I always take it with a small snack and lots of water to help with swallowing the rather humungous capsule. It’s not that bad though since it’s a softgel cap. I like the fact that it has all of the Omegas (3, 6, and 9) from different sources – fish (Anchovy, Sardine, Mackerel), flaxseed, safflower & olive oils. The only problem I have is that they don’t list which kind of Mackerel is used. Two species are on the list of fish that are known to contain the highest levels of mercury (NRDC – Natural Resources Defense Council). Anchovies and Sardines are on a list of the fish which contain the least. However, I looked up this supplement on the NatureMade website and they indicate that the fish oil is purified to remove mercury and the fish oil supply only comes from deep ocean waters, not farm raised fish. Also, keep in mind that 1 gel cap of this supplement has 15 calories and will contribute as much as 2% or more of your daily total fat intake.

Triple Omega/Omega 3-6-9
I’ve been taking these supplements for a couple years now as part of my regimen to reduce cholesterol and cardiovascular health as this product has good ingredients in it. I recently purchased another bottle and I noticed that the bottle is smaller than the one I had previously purchased by 30 gel caps. At pretty much the same price. These capsules are on the larger size so some might find it difficult to swallow (I’ve been taking these so long that I don’t have any issues anymore). Overall this product is a good deal even with the quantity change. There has been no quality changes that I have noticed. Still a good deal, I would recommend this product. It doesn’t have a strong taste and it doesn’t have a strong smell whatsoever.

Don’t buy cause it’s imported from USA or for the front cover of 3,6,9Pls check ur DHA and EPA content in it , which is most ideal way to buy Omega 3 ( RDA-more than 1gram)Which is not mentioned and it contains ALA (not useful)
