Easy to take
I’ll be honest, I am one of those people that struggles to take pills. Either they stick to my throat or I choke on them. But not these! They are small enough that I can actually take them without the assistance of water! They have no horrible after taste like some vitamins, which is a huge plus. I also have low absorption, but when paired with a meal, these absorb into my system very quickly. I trust the ingredients and company that supplies these. Overall these are an excellent quality, with the right effect and strength I need to help keep up my levels.
