Nature’s Bounty Advanced Metabolism Booster features plant- based ingredients. The bottle holds 60 clear capsules holding a sandy brown powder content. The capsules have a vitamin/supplement scent, are easy to take, and I did not experience an aftertaste if I hiccupped after taking them. After taking the booster supplement, I’ve noticed a bit of an energy boost and interestingly I don’t feel a need/desire to snack. I’m not sure what ingredient is encouraging this but I appreciate it. I’ve incorporated this supplement into a healthy diet and have begun an exercise routine. I have been taking the booster for about two weeks now and have noticed a slight decrease in weight. I think it is because it is part of the trio of efforts that I have incorporated into my daily routine. The supplement includes 630mg Sinetrol Citrus Fruit Blend made up of pomelo extract, grapefruit extract, sweet orange extract, guarana extract, blood orange concentrate, 120mg Thai Black Ginger Extract, vegetable cellulose, modified food starch, contains <2% of silica and vegetable magnesium stearate. There are two details you should be aware of prior to taking this supplement. The first is that grapefruit extract can interact with some medications and cause serious adverse reactions. As a result, you should discuss with your doctor before taking this supplement. Guarana seed extract provides up to 30mg of caffeine per serving which is equivalent to 1/3 cup of coffee. If you are avoiding caffeine, please be aware of this detail. It is a Non-GMO, no artificial color, no artificial flavor, no artificial sweetener, no sugar, no milk, no lactose, no soy, no gluten, no wheat, no yeast, no fish, and sodium free product. It is suitable for vegetarians. It is Made in the USA. The product that I received has a best by date of 14 months from the date that I received it. Overall, it is a supplement that is easy to include into your daily routine and can play a role in encouraging a metabolism boost.

Box was open, no protective seal outside the bottle and no protective cover under the bottle lid. I have ordered other products of this brand and been very satisfied. However, I won’t take a chance on a mail order product in that is not sealed properly. I will look for a different brand.

Don’t take on empty stomach
They seems to help my appetite on the days that I take them. The big thing is to make sure you don’t take them on an empty stomach. I’ve don’t it a couple times without realizing and I end up with a very upset stomach.
