Helps me stay asleep
3mg of this is perfect.. helps me stay asleep once I am down. I tend to wake up after a while, but this helped me sleep to my normal time. Nice cherry taste and seems to work fast.I also enjoy that it induces dreams.. which I love as a side effect. Some people may not appreciate the dreams, but I do.

Worth a try
My previous favorite melatonin supplement was discontinued and I was anxious to find a reliable replacement. This exceeded expectations.Nearly finished with my first bottle of 240 and there’s only been a handful of nights it was ineffective.Overwhelming pleased with how fast they go to work (~30-40 min most nights for me)Inoffensive, dare I say pleasant taste, and I like the cherry smell, but it’s only obvious when you shove your nose in the bottle.I think my only complaint is I’ll sometimes struggle sleeping through the night. Overall satisfied, especially for the price.

Great melatonin
I take one of these every night. I appreciate how quickly it dissolves under my tongue. It has a decent orange (medicine) flavor. One pill is effective for helping me fall asleep. I typically fall asleep within 15-30 minutes of taking the pill.

A maioria das melatoninas nacionais possuem uma apenas 0,2 mg de melatonina por cápsula, o que é muito pouco. Eu uso 6 mg por noite, logo era inviável para mim. Já esta melatonina do anúncio me atendeu muito bem, tomo duas cápsulas por noite e tenho uma noite de descanso muito reparativa.
