Good quality
I’ve always liked Nature’s Bounty, they have quality and at a great price! Ingredients and dosage are comparable to more expensive brands. This does help me sleep better, but is not a sleep aid. It also helps with stress levels or giving a calming effect.

so this product does take away your stress, however…..when I took one a day like instructed it made me feel like I was sedated. kind of like a Benadryl feeling. I did not get stressed or anxious.When I slept I had really weird dreams and I was grinding my teeth while taking this product.so at first I liked the way I felt, but the more I took it I didnt like the way I felthope this helps

I can actually laugh now
At 63 it’s not fun being stressed and angry all the time. About midway throught the bottle I could see a change. I wasn’t so stressed or angry for no reason. I just bought more. I hope they keep working. By the way I never leave a review but if this one helps other folks and they see a change I want to help. This is a good price and all natural.

Only thing that works
I have tried different brands, including the popular Goli brand on TikTok, but this is the only one that has actually worked for me. I work in a high stress environment and since taking these I’ve finally been able my nervous ticks (such as my eye twitching) and I’ve been able to remain grounded and calm.
