These taste so good I could eat them all the time…..but I use them as directed. I haven’t had any miraculous results, but I keep taking them anyway….LOL I’ve been taking them for about a year and have no complaints about them at all. I got these 3 weeks ago to assist me in the “battle of the bulge”. A little premature for me to extoll the health benefits after only 3 weeks of usage…but I HAVE lost EIGHT POUNDS!!! So for me they are working. The smell when you open the bottle is a bit odoriferous but they don’t taste as bad as they smell. I take one before leaving for work in the morning and one after dinner in the evenings although they recommend taking 2 together once a day. I’m happy with my purchase and plan to buy this again before I run out.

Iâve been taking these for about 3 weeks now and tbh I havenât noticed much of a difference at all.So idk if these work well but;The taste isnât terrible once you get used to it. The smell isnât the greatest though!
