tastes good, and a good deal
I got this liquid calcium because I am sick of swallowing pills, and I wanted something I could take just before bed and wouldn’t require a glass of water, or to be kept in the fridge where I would forget it. It is a yummy orange cream like flavor so easy to drink. I have managed a nutrition store previously and Nature’s way is one of the few brands that I highly recommend and trust to deliver exactly what they say they will and are top quality. One dose gives you 1000mg of calcium and a decent amount of vitamin D. I really wanted and wished this had more magnesium, but I figured since I take Magnesium in capsule form this formula would be fine. I can’t answer as to if this helps me sleep as I am not a good sleeper to begin with, also magnesium is better at helping with sleep so if you are looking for that feature you might want to pick a different formula with a higher amount of mag. There is supposed to be 16 servings in a container, and I think for the price that I feel that this is all a good deal. Also, another note, the calcium used in this formula is one of the better types to take as it is all from the citrate form instead of carbonate.

Great taste and no after taste. I like the bottle gas a measuring cup included so no guessing of dosage. Finally a liquid calcium I can enjoy taking!

OMG. This is the first liquid vitamin I can honestly say I LOVE. There are about three (3) decent quality liquid calcium products on the market right now. This is head and shoulders above the others. The flavor not only does NOT make one wince or gag (important in a product you want to keep ‘down’) — it is DELICIOUS!! Just try it. It is so affordable that, even if you do not love it (you will), its only a few bucks down the drain. If you NEED calcium, and you struggle to consume those giant horse-pill sized name brand tablets— you need to try this. Game changer.
