Be aware that this works
This is very effective at getting things moving if that is your goal. Fortunately, I only took one pill, and have continued with that. Yes, as others say it is wise to be near a restroom at first. A couple weeks in I still find it effective, but I have a better idea of what to expect so I am less tethered.It has a laxative affect. It is mostly mild with very occasional cramping. It appears to be doing the job of cleansing my lower GI and maintaining that. I am certainly feeling less bloated. That perhaps is a negative because I feel my appetite is increased. I’ll have to see how that is reflected in my weight patterns.If you want some help and a mild-ish cleanse, I recommend this product.

Does the job
This stuff works amazing! I do recommend being close to a bathroom. It does give some stomach cramps but they are mild compared to other brands I have tried. I take it right before bed, and by the next morning it will have you going to the bathroom. Ordering my second bottle soon!

This is the ultimate detox pill. Definitely do not take 2 at once as you will need to be near a toilet for the next day. I take this whenever I feel bloated or need a cleanse. It’s consistently does what is needed.

Needed to detox & cleanse. This here product came through. Directions calk for 2 tabs but I’d say start with one for a smother move & to avoid that emergency run. Gets the job done. If you start with 2 tabs you’ll get cramping(well at least I did). 1 tab works for me

Hey hey. A lot of negative reviews. For me, this thing is legit. If you take 2, you’ll be in going to the bathroom 6-12 times and be in so much PAIN lol. But it emptied me out! I changed my dose to 1 pill. Less pain and less bathroom runs for me. But it works!! 2 pills will hurt very much but it will remove everything lol DONT TAKE THIS IF YOU WORK, or have plans the next day! You’ll have to be home, trust me lol I take them Monday and Tuesday only because on The Weeknd I got plans lol. But it makes me lose weight too!

A more active digestive system, reliving bloating and constipation
After three weeks of use, I am impressed with this supplement. I feel my digestive system is much more active, reliving bloating and constipation that used to occur often. This is not necessarily reducing the gas, but the gas is not lingering in my system. I found that I no longer have indigestion in the mornings after my cereal. And I found that my gas was very contained after my light lunch meal. I’m taking two capsules every evening, leading to 3-4x bowel movements by 11am daily. And I have not had the diarrhea expected after using some of medicine prescribed by my doctor. I found it interesting on the light 5mg of digestive enzymes that are included in the ingredients. As I normally do not do well with the digestive enzyme-only products sold. I think I am overall pleased, and have purchased my next bottle.Update after 7 weeks: Reducing to ONE capsules per evening. Taking TWO capsules was too aggressive for my stomach and Bowel movements. I was experiencing anxiety and the run to the bathroom moments at work. Using only ONE capsule only works for me now.I no longer use, or rely on the use of Linzess to relieve constipation or bloating.

I was kind of excited to try because of the reviews…I started out with one and had cramps. So last night, I took 2 before bed as instructed and let me tell you…the cramps hunny! They aren’t HORRIBLE, but they are very uncomfortable. Luckily, I work from home wa I’ve went 2wice today already, but now that I feel things are moving better I’m going to try to revert back to taking just one wa see what happens. Most def helps with bloating and cleaning! Im also usually hungry around 11:30a-1p for breakfast (fruit), but I literally have no appetite as of right now, ahbal sure I will later on being that lately I’ve been eating one meal only.Most def recommend! 🌟

I HAD PURCHASED THIS FOR THE FOURTH TIME AND I MUST SAY THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT GOOD FOR CLEANSING YOUR BODY IF YOUR TRYING TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT . I USUALLY EAT ONCE A DAY AT LUNCH TIME AND TAKING THIS TABLET AFTER ONE HOUR FINISHING MY MEAL (ONE TABLET A DAY) I NEVER FELT BLOATED WHICH IS A GOOD FEELING WHILE USING THIS .
