Key to good, natural sleep
Long-time standard for ensuring that I can actually sleep – no small thing! I take 3 or 4 an hour before bedtime (per Dr’s suggestion) and before long actually feel relaxed and sleepy. This just does not happen for me without Magtein.Magtein facilitates natural feeling and restorative sleep cycle for me. Powerful
The first time I tried it, I saw a bright circle that expanded and contracted with my heartbeat. I thought I may even fall to the ground. Whatever it was, the impact was almost instantaneous. Since then, I’ve taken 3 pills everyday, 1 in the morning and 2 in the evening. It feels as if the content is truly getting to my brain. I am focusing better. Able to recall numbers (such as the lock combination) better. Sleeping longer intervals. It used to be every 2 to 4 hours that I awoke. Now I am sleeping through 4 to 5 hours. Waking up only once during the night (and not twice).I’ve difficulty swallowing the whole pill. I open the capsule by holding the smaller of the two halves on the bottom, then dump the powder onto the center of my tongue. It gets easier with practice. I don’t taste anything, unless I spill some onto other parts of the tongue. Then I wash it down with water or coffee. Even works for two pills at a time.

Was initially impressed that this product seemed to work with other supplements to slightly boost my intuition, unfortunately that initially also came with quite severe headaches and blood pressure issues. I have since traced the side affects to either excess B12 supplements in my diet or excess total magnesium due to another form of magnesium that I was also taking at the same time (after discontinuing both I was able to gradually get used to this form of magnesium). Just keep in mind that if you have blood pressure issues / severe headaches shortly after taking this for a short time it may possibly be linked to this product / other dietary adjustments may be required.

There is no doubt that Magnesium L-threonate is the best form magnesium but it is bit costly than gluconate,but it is worth of buying. For better results need to take 4-5 capsules a day because elemental magnesium contain is only 144 mg and for adults more than 400 mg per day is required.

This magnesium L-threonate was recommended in one of the podcasts interview of Mel Robbins with the American doctor for cognitive supplement for women in 50s. I tried to look around, but can’t find an Australian manufactured product of this classification. Browse here on Amazon, and found one coming from America, was hesitant to buy this since it is a bit pricey. But will all good reviews, I decided to get this. Before I had a hard time goin back to sleep in the middle of the night, but since I bought this and started taking 2 caps every night, (3 nights now of taking it) I could sleep now in hours. I still sometimes wake up every now and then, but I can easily go back to sleep. I aim to sleep at least 7 hrs now and hope to maintain this good sleep and maybe not feel too exhausted after work. Thank you!
