Still feel the same, no noticeable difference
This is my first time purchasing a multivitamin since I want to start taking some kind of supplement to cover the vitamins I’m missing.The size of the tablet is pretty huge and does not have a coat to help swallow the pill easier since it’s dry. If you don’t have any problems swallowing pills then please disregard this. For those who have trouble swallowing pills like myself, it might be a hard pill to swallow. For this reason, I also bought myself a pill crusher to smash the powdered tablet and then swallow it in small pieces since that’s the only way I would be able to do it and I feel like most multivitamins are dry like this tablet.When I swallow the pill, I try to drink it quick because I don’t want to taste it as they’re not really good to chew but you can definitely smell it like a scent of fiber.I usually do the multivitamin either in the morning or at night before bed which helps with sleep since it has magnesium. You take this pill one a day with food. So after a meal, I’ll usually drink the pill.After taking this multivitamin for a couple of weeks now, I honestly feel the same. But I take it anyways because I know it’s important to have. But I don’t feel a noticeable difference from before and after taking this multivitamin. I know this pill specifically has a lower dosage of vitamins than other “One a Day” multivitamins as there are many to choose from. But go ahead and look at the percentages of each mineral and vitamin and compare to others to see what works best for your goal. Being my first time getting a multivitamin, I wanted to start off with one with low dosage and then work my way to something higher later on.It has 200 tablets which is alot and can easily last you awhile.Review the photos I posted so you can see the label all around.Hope this review helps you make a decision.

Just one a day …
These are good vitamins for men. They are reasonable on the stomach. I think these give me enough health and “vigor” even in our dark, cold ND winters. There are LOTS of other choices for vitamins. But these are good value for the dollars. There are 60 tabs in the bottle, and this bottle is two months worth. So if you get a subscription, you need a bottle every 60 days. I would try a bottle, and the see what you think.
