Fantastic product
I used to get this on the subscribe and save, then it stopped and switched me to another brand, Best Naturals. Well, my knees and hands have been hurting like crazy, so I bought a Nature Made brand, still hurting. So decided to just get this again because I’m tired of hurting. Took it 2 days and BAM, not hurting. Ordered from the company because I could get 3 bottles for 50.00. Hopefully I won’t get expired or nearer expired like I did years ago. This product is awesome, at least for me. No joint pain AT ALL.

It’s a WOW Moment for Me
Okay, I’m scared to write this, and I might change it later. But I received this on Thursday EARLY. So I took it first thing, then again at 2:00ish. I kept getting up from my desk and going wow, I’m not stiff (knees mostly). Must be because I haven’t sat that long. Took it before I went to bed.Got up the next morning took it on Friday. Figured I was moving around too much to be stiff. By the afternoon, I realized with all that I was doing, I should be stiff, no matter what. During dinner in the living room, I sat on my legs bent under me, definitely a “you’re gonna pay position”. When I went to get up, had a little pain in my knees, but not stiff. I’m going no NO WAY.Saturday came. I went to throw some boxes in the recycling, which is down a couple of steps. I hit the last one, when I realized I wasn’t holding on, I didn’t have to do the one step at a time. After three more times up and down, I was still going normally. I went down to the basement and on the way up I realized I wasn’t pulling myself up with the handrail. I did four loads of laundry, I didn’t have to set the basket on a step (the walk up two steps, plop the basket on the next two steps higher, walk up…) I just carried them up. Then I sat on the floor to play with the grandkids after dinner. I seriously thought about getting up with no assistance from the sofa, however, that didn’t work. However, all I needed was a one-handed assist and I didn’t have to push down so hard as usual.I’m still going NO WAY, this stuff takes time to work! I have had this stiffness for years now. It gets progressively worse the more active I am. Today was the same. I was climbing a two-step stepstool, up and down, up and down, cleaning the upper cabinets in the kitchen. But the stiffness is gone. I can get up after sitting for awhile and not have to wait to fully straighten up then take a tentative step or two, usually holding onto like my desk or something until that stiffness goes away. But yeah, I’m staying with this stuff, but I’m driving my kids crazy as I run around going WOW!

This is one of those things I can’t really say for sure if it’s “working” or not. I have mild arthritis in my knee and hands, and take this to ward off problems there. The recommended dose is *3* of these a day, which admittedly I don’t usually get around to taking in a day. I try for at least 2. I think it helps. I used to take a generic for M*veFree which I believe is more expensive but you only take 2. I haven’t compared the actual number stats between these two products as far as amounts of various ingredients.Sizewise, they’re big, like any of these supplements, but they’re coated and go down easily enough. Anyway, I think they work preventatively for me to avoid pain/stiffness and to maintain my joint health.

Been taking this for several years
I’ve had positive results. It helps to keep arthritis pain in check. There was a period of time I wasn’t taking this supplement and I had severe arthritis flare up where I couldn’t even move my knee without gut wrenching pain. The one thing I do not like about it is the coating they put on the supplement. It wasn’t appealing to begin with but now the taste is somewhat revolting. If it didn’t work well I wouldn’t be taking it. A spoonful of sugar does not make the taste better.

Avevo comprato direttamente questo prodotto dalla Puritan’s ma la dogana lo ha respinto perchè la normativa Italiana non ammette la Glocosamine oltre i 500mg. ma che brava la nostra dogana! poi si trova quello da 1500mg. liberamente in vendita in Italia!!! Meditate gente…. meditate!!!
