⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I started taking these vitamins after seeing them on TikTok for energy, and I have to say—they really help! I’m not sure if it’s a placebo effect, but I feel more energized throughout the day. They also support heart health, which is a great bonus. In terms of functionality, they are easy to take, and I haven’t experienced any side effects. I’ve also noticed an improvement in my sleep quality—I wake up feeling more rested. The effectiveness is great, and I can tell a difference in my overall well-being. The quality of the ingredients seems high, and the fact that each bottle comes with 60 capsules of 100 mg makes it a great value. I subscribed so I never run out. Definitely worth trying!

I’m not sure how to analyze whether or not these work. They are easy to swallow. There are enough of them in the bottle that you don’t feel like you’re buying them every time you turn around. Other than that, I don’t have anything else to contribute.

Good price and a great healthy energizer, avoid heat above 85 degrees and refrigerator too.
As I have gotten into my 50s have felt tired more often, started drinking coffee a lot and that caused a whole slew of heath problems. Quit drinking coffee, but needed a pick me up around noon, one of these works great, and if I get tired a couple of hours later I just take another one with no side effects other than feeling alert and energized!Update April 2024: These arrived on a hot July day in 2023 and the box sat in the sun because I forgot to leave the porch entrance door open, jar was warm not hot and they worked good, but there is now a warning on the sellers page saying to not expose to heat or light and to be ready to accept the delivery (so do not leave outside for long). I then stored them in the frig in the lower drawer and over time noticed a precipitate inside the capsules, I think they may have frozen, but was not sure if that mattered. I also went back to drinking coffee, maybe because they were not as effective in energizing me. So when I ran out in April 2024 I bought another brand locally (Spring Valley) and on that bottle it said to store between 59-86 degrees F. The “fresh” Spring Valley Rapid Release 100 mg co-Q10 definitely gives me a noticeable coffee like buzz (still going strong 4 hrs later) after taking with other vitamins in morning and with some Micro Ingredients Organic pea protein powder in water (tastes fine). So make sure any co-Q10 can be delivered to a shady spot that does not exceed 86 degrees and bring inside asap, and do not store in the bottom shelf/drawer of a frig. where it can freeze. The Puritan bottle does not state storage conditions, but it should! I am storing the Spring Valley Co-Q10 in the frig. on a top door shelf that has a clear cover, checked temp. and was around 40 degrees, so far no precipitate and working good. Other brands do recommend storing Co-Q10 in the frig., but note that long term freezing will reduce effectiveness.

Good Product…Easy Swallow
It’s CoQ10 and almost all of the standard C0Q10 brands are pretty much alike so there’s not much more to say about that. But one thing really stands out from most of the other brands: These gel caps are quite small compared to most of the competitions’ making them very easy to swallow.Another thing I like about this brand is that it does not contain other added supplements. My doctor suggested avoiding brands that do contain added supplements because not much has been validated about whether or not those added supplements are really helpful nor how safe they are.The only disappointing thing is that Puritans Pride’s prices historically used to be VERY competitive. They are now in the middle of the pack so pricing is nothing to rave about anymore.Many years ago my doctor suggested that I take 100 mg of CoQ10 every day to counter one of the potentially downside effects of taking a statin. So, I have been taking this supplement for many years and for most of that time I have been using Puritan’s Pride. My doctor said he is happy with all my labs and that I should continue to take this and I will comply with that suggestion.

I RECIEVED THIS ITEM LAST JULY 8 BUT I OPENED JUST TODAY, and I was shocked and disappointed with the smell and its appearance, the gel has 2 colors orange and read stickied and it smell like it’s rotten. I want a refund!
