You have to start with a couple grains of this powder day one. Then each day a little more, and work your way up to a microscoop of this powder. A couple weeks later you’ll be able to take more at a time. It does work wonders, but so does cayenne pepper.This is coming from someone who unwittingly ate a whole capsule years ago and had a horrible reaction, went to the ER and swore it off forever.It affects a2 receptors, which apparently doesn’t do much but burn fat.

I usually am not a fan of Puritan’s pride. I mean, I have used some of their supplements in previous years and noticed that they do not really make the best quality product but this one was different. I decided to give it a shot and I was surprised at the good quality of the Yohimbe. I have been taking it on and off for years and this one is definitely worth it BIG TIME. 6 bucks for a bottle of this strong stuff? excellent bargain. Don’t take more than 1 capsule though, unless you are at the point of developing a tolerance, which usually happens when you take it often (then take a break from it for 2 weeks and you can use it again). Label says take 2. You don’t want to do that initially. You will be bouncing off the walls and crawling out of your skin. This stuff is no joke. It’s the real deal. If you want it for the same reason I do ; ) , you can’t possibly be disappointed. For me it was worth the side effects which I have gotten somewhat used to anyway over time. In fact if you don’t get the side effects then it was poor quality. ALL quality Yohimbe products will give you some side effects , you can’t escape that. This stuff does the trick. Have Fun : )

works. get a nice lasting erection and puts you in the mood to do so. so physical and mental. take like half a pill first. you DONT want to take too much. i thought people were overreacting but this stuff really does make you feel anxiety and dread in high doses. after your sexual activity theres nothing for you but dread. not exaggerating. yojimbe is what is in gas station D pills. BUT the gas station pills combine it with other herbs to counter act the negative mental side effects this has. oh yeah forgot about the heartbeat. it does make it go uncomfortably fast. this coming from somebody whose had experience with stimulants as well. and from somebody who is in shape. it wasnt pleasant. 145 lbs. good luck. lol

Works, but harmful to your kidneys.
Works. Takes time to tolerate the side effects. Bad for your kidneys. Make sure to get your kidny function tested. If you feel pain in your back while taking this product, it’s probably kidney pain.

I ended up in the hospital..
Yohimbe has actually been banned in parts of Europe and after experiencing a bad reaction to this supplement I can understand why and genuinely hope it is banned in the states as well. I had a fever, tremors, lost my ability to pee, and could not stand nor walk for several hours due to how excessively I was tremoring. Next thing I knew I woke up in the emergency room and was told I had a provoked seizure from the supplement and due to their unfamiliarity with the supplement were unable to tell me how long I would be experiencing symptoms. I understand everyone’s body is different, but IF you do choose to take this supplement please be cautious and do NOT underestimate the strength of this supplement.

Take One Pill the First Time – Good, but Surprisingly Strong
Quite surprised by this stuff. I would strongly suggest starting off with just one pill in the morning, to see how it suits you. Strong stuff. Just had it a few days, but I’m really liking it so far.It’s also a pretty good appetite suppressant.I hope they don’t change the formula they have right now. It would be great if this was something I could depend on reliably.EDIT: Many consider Yohimbe to be an MAOI, which means you should probably avoid certain foods and substances if you use it. Google “mao inhibitors foods to avoid” and you’ll get a nice little list.If you’re using Yohimbe and you consume some of these foods, it could cause your heart to race which is known as a “a hypertensive crisis.” Not fun.Play it safe, and this honestly seems like a pretty good product to me.

Scary strong!
Read the reviews and didn’t believe it. This stuff made me very nauseous and strong! Was afraid to use it again. If you know you know. Otherwise be careful and start with half a pill. You can always take more later!

Thanks to the seller, I’ve received an original product from puritan’s pride and about the product ; it works well enough for me similar to claims from being a stimulant to a male performance enhancer.just make sure you don’t consume more than twice the recommended amount, half life is short and works within 15-30 mins after consumption. Side effects were visible after high doses only.
