Works well, easy to make
Tried it with water and it was gritty, tried it with oat milk and it tasted much better and was a better consistency. Really like the convenient individual flavored packets they make it much easier to use and take with.

Tasty Cleanse
I had never tried a product like this but I’ve always wanted to try a detox to get the bad stuff out of the body. These smoothie selections were pretty good. I initially thought having a smoothie every 2 hours would be hard to get used to but I had no problem keeping that schedule. My body had no problem either, if I was 5 minutes over to have one my stomach would remind me.I do wish this included more info on what to do after the cleanse, give you a few ideas for a goal. More than the obvious, ‘eat cleaner’ or ‘drink more water.’ Now that I’m done with this quick 3 day cleanse, what now? Anyway, these smoothies were tasty, if you’re looking into trying a cleanse, give these a go.

Quick snack!
My first experience with these was mixing with water in a cup. Not a great outcome. Taste was – well – watery – and the mix did not dissolve well.I don’t go through enough alternative milk to keep on hand, so I will often toss in a handful or so of cashews with water in a smoothie and call it nutmilk! (They blend up into a quick milk much easier than almonds). So, my next attempt at the smoothie was in the blender with a handful of cashews. I added a banana and actually doubled the ratio of mix to water with a bit of ice and had a great result. The drink was smooth and much thicker – making it much more enoyable to drink. As someone who doesn’t eat a lot of sugar, I actually found it very sweet (the added banana was a lot to add to the 2 packs – while there is no processed sugar in these, the dates add quite a bit of natural sugar/ sweetness).Overall, for my purpose of needing a quick snack on the go – I’m happy with these when prepared with a handful of nuts in a blender at the reduced ratio of water to mix. That isn’t going to give you the super cleanse / reduced calorie that some may be looking for – but it certainly tastes better and will provide a bit of satiety.

Good concept – bad taste
The labels and concept sound really good and clean. However the drink is gritty, tastes horrible and watery.I only tasted each flavor once. I used water twice, (once in a shaker cup and once in a blender), it was still gritty. Used oat milk once in a blender, was gritty and watery.Plus the taste of these weren’t good like other juice cleanses I’ve had.I would not recommend. Also be advised that they have a no refund policy.

Really enjoy the peanut butter banana mix! They blend will in a shaker and are easy to drink. This cleanse recommend incorporating raw fruits and veggies and using clean oat milk to mix.

Hungry
This is an interesting detox / smoothie combo. It’s different from other normal “cleanses” in that it recommends lots of fruits and vegetables in addition to the smoothies. The total calories from the 6 smoothies only totals to around 600-700, so you definitely need to supplement. I was very hungry those days, it’s hard to eat enough fruits and vegetables to be satisfied, so I “failed” to follow it completely.I ended up having 1 meal (soup with chicken and vegetables one day), eggs with veggies another, and corn tacos with lean meat on the other day. In addition to this, I added whey and pea protein drinks throughout the day.Results:- weight down 3 pounds. Which is to be expected with a caloric deficit plus I excercise a lot. I’m lean/strong 6ft 180-185 pounds, was down from 182 at the start to 179. It is rare for me to be below 180lbs.- I was hungry a lot, and it was not pleasantNow lets review the flavors- I really enjoyed the banana peanut butter one, my favorite. With almond milk.- Blueberry vanilla was the second one- Strawberry hibiscus was ok but not as good as the others.They were all very mediocre when mixed with water. Not horrible, just not pleasant.There were not the easiest to blend in a blender bottle, or we can say they all have some texture to it. The peanut butter banana was the smoothest, the other two had little chunks that didn’t blend that well.Now the question you all have in your mind… how was the bathroom? I can report increased trips there, Unsurprising given the liquid diet and increase in fiber. But it wasn’t crazy or anything.Overall I can recommend this, and you can probably see some benefit even if you don’t go all out with the just veggies and fruits for so long.

Just Okay
So some of these smoothies were delicious, others were not like the vanilla berry. I took for one day at home and still was hungry although its all I consumed I had to blend otherwise in my blender bottle it was gritty. Blended with Ice and Oat Milk was good and the Strawberry Hibiscus was my favorite flavor. Just okay for me though many other better products out there.

These taste awful. Super chalky. Bad flavor combinations. They don’t dissolve well either.
