Beware this product contains fish!
I don’t have much fish in my diet and recently had a comprehensive blood work done and my mercury level came out higher than normal levels! After trying to figure out the reason I realized the only thing I’ve been doing differently is taking these vitamins for the last three months! I checked the label and realized these contain “Fish Gelatin from Tilapia and bass”. Will not be using taking these vitamins again. Not only did these raise my mercury level, but really did nothing for my hair.

I used this product for 4 months. I was told that you should see results in 3 months. But after 4 months nothing

Defective or damaged product
I bought these vitamins before on several occasions and I know how they are supposed to look and taste. The vitamins I bought this time were either damaged due to inappropriate storage conditions or counterfeit. There is discoloration of the capsules and bitterness to the taste. The capsules that I bought before had even color and were bit sweet
