I drink it every day
I love this stuff! If you are on a GLP journey and are maybe having some tummy troubles this is the key. Plus it has lots of other good for you stuff in it. Dissolves easily in water. I prefer the lemon flavor. I usually put it in a shaker with a couple of ice cubes and throw it in my bag for work. By the time I get to work it is all mixed in and I use it to take my morning pill. I swear by it!

Tastes ok
So I have lost a little weight nothing too aggressive I take it in the morning on a empty stomach along with my vitamins I make it just a little warm.. taste is terrible but nothing you can’t handle I like the energy I have but I wouldn’t say it curves my appetite as much cause afterwards I’m extremely hungry but I usually try to fast till 1:30/2:30 so it does help somewhat

Taste is good, value beats Walmart
I just started using Replenza. So I can’t speak to results or benefits as of yet, but I can say the following. Some people complained about the taste, personally I find the lemon flavor refreshing. No stomach upset at all. I find it’s easier to mix with the water if the water is slightly warm, so I nuke it a bit.

Not worth money.
Taste isn’t great but not awful, was expecting lemon drop to be sour but it’s not. I’m really disappointed though in how little product is in the container. Especially for the price it should be half because the container is only half full. The mid line across label is exactly where product volume started upon opening. Won’t be buying again.

Lemon flavor is good
The statements of people saying this product tastes bad baffle me. The lemon is good. I add a little realemon to the glass and both my wife and I really like it. It does take a LOT of stirring to dissolve completely in 16oz of water, but it eventually does.

It would be better as a pill.
Too soon to know about health benefits. This powder does not dissolve well in cold water. It clumps. It does a better job of dissolving in hot coffee. The taste is slightly unpleasant but tolerable. I would rather have this in pill form.

Feel better
This I use in my water bottle every morning 2 scoops. I feel better and my cravings for sugar have subsided. Great stuff.
