This product works best when you submerge it for a few minutes then left it up and submerge it again. It turns the water a darker blue.

Not so sure about these… Haven’t noticed much of a difference since I started taking them. The taste and consistency of them is horrible. Definitely would not call the flavor “mixed berry”.
